Curved or Flat Bottoms?

Now there's a question. Usually I'd be a curvy man, through and through.

When it comes to mash tuns, though, I'm hoping flat is king. I'll find out soon, as I've just received a call to say my new tun is ready. I'll pick it up tomorrow. I may even take a picture.
